- Note that receipt of the deposit does not guarantee booth space. Booths are not reserved until the registration is completed AND the balance is paid.
- Final booth reservation and selection is at the discretion of the Exhibitor Committee.
- Deposit is applied as a credit toward booth space for 2021.
- Payment policy:
- October 15th: Deadline for 100% refund of deposit
- November 15th: Deadline for 50% refund of deposit (no refunds after this date)
- January 15th: Full payment due
- Penalty: If payment and registration is not completed by January 15th, preferred choice of location will be forfeit and cost will be subject to a 10% surcharge.
