Prior to serving on the JBC, Kim was appointed to a number of Committees, including Health, Insurance & Environment; Transportation & Local Government; along with Education; and Public Health. A former high school teacher, Kim has studied and taught the Constitution. Kim also homeschooled all four of her children when able, and was involved in their sports activities, childrens’ theater productions, and church. Now grown, her kids are successful adults that make their mother quite proud.
