Brian Kailey is Director of the Logan County CSU Extension Office. He is responsible for the 4-H program, horticulture & natural resource programming areas. Brain graduated from CSU with his B.S in Natural Resource Management and Masters in Extension Education with a concentration in Fish and Wildlife Biology. He has been working for CSU Extension for 14 years and has recently been promoted to Master Instructor Faculty Status. Brian enjoys teaching youth and adults on a variety of topics but enjoys agriculture and natural resource topics the most.

This Agricultural Festival (AgFest) is a hands-on showcase of agricultural practices and innovations, highlighting exhibits on sustainable fiber sourcing and dyeing, rangeland conservation strategies, groundwater management practices, the vital role of honey bees in pollination, modern dairy farming techniques, and the fascinating journey of chick development from egg to hatchling. Visitors can explore interactive, hands-on stations that provide a captivating learning experience for the whole family.
