Terms & Conditions Agreement
Shipping
Ship To Venue (before the conference):
If you are shipping items to the venue, packages may arrive no earlier than Monday, June 12, 2023. (If packages arrive earlier, you’ll be charged a drayage fee of $10/box/day.) Please clearly mark your boxes with:
- RMHC/your business name/booth number and
- “CHEC – hold for arrival Wednesday 6/14/2023”

Ship From Venue (at the close of conference):
Please carefully label all packages with your correct mailing address on pre-paid labels or ones that you have a charge account for.
Leave your packages and/or pallets in your vacated booth area for collection by hotel staff to ship out.
Sales Tax
Please note: Christian Home Educators of Colorado (CHEC) and the Rocky Mountain Homeschool Conference (RMHC), as the event organizers, ARE NOT collecting sales tax on behalf of the exhibitors. The information, below, is shared with our exhibitors as a courtesy and should be verified accordingly to comply with any applicable tax laws.
Sales Tax Collection and Payments: If you currently have Colorado and Denver Sales Tax licenses, use those when paying sales tax. The venue address is Denver Tech Center Marriott, 4900 South Syracuse, Denver, CO 80237. If you are from out of town or state, please apply for and comply with the following:
Tax Rate Details:
- Colorado Sales Tax: 2.90%
- Denver, City and County Sales Tax: 4.81%
- Regional Transportation District (RTD) Sales Tax: 1.00%
- Scientific and Cultural Facilities District (CD) Sales Tax: 0.10%
- Total Tax Rate to collect on sales: 8.81%

Colorado Special Event Sales Tax Information and License Application
While you have to obtain this license, there is no fee if you have a Colorado Standard Sales Tax license.
**You will need to pay your collected sales tax by July 20, 2024.
