Can I bring my kids/young adults?
Yes! Children of all ages and young adults are welcome to attend when you register with the family pass. (No need to register infants two years old and younger.)
Childcare is not provided, but parents with small children do attend and enjoy the conference. Strollers are allowed, providing they are single-seat-wide strollers, and there are changing tables in the restrooms at the convention center. We recommend checking out this link for a few tips on how to attend a conference with small children.

Does CHEC provide a Continuing Education Form?
Yes! CHEC provides a Continuing Education form for those attendees who are required to obtain continuing education hours (e.g. maintaining teacher’s license).
Please ask for a form at the CHEC Info booth near the main entrance or download one to print at home (link coming in 2020). Fill in the form with the workshops you attended, and have each workshop presenter sign the form next to their workshop. Once you have completed the form, come back to the CHEC Info Booth and a CHEC representative will sign it for you or mail it to the CHEC office. Deadline to have the form completed is July 15, 2020.
Please note that you will need to check with your licensing agency to find out which workshops qualify for continuing education hours.
Do you offer sign language interpretation?
