Cancellation & Refund Policy
Just as is customary with any ticketed CHEC event, we are not able to offer refunds or cancellations once a registration has been processed. In the event you cannot attend the conference, your registration fee can be converted into a donation upon request, and we will send you a donation receipt. In the instance that the 2022 RMHC is canceled due to government restrictions associated with the COVID-19 pandemic, CHEC will honor full refunds. If you have any questions, please email .
Face Masks
Jesus provides the second greatest commandment in Mark 12:31 where He says, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” As an application of this command, we ask that you not attend the event if you have a contagious illness.
At present, in Adams County there are no imposed restrictions on meeting capacities or mask mandates for indoor gatherings at the Crowne Plaza Convention Center.
Therefore we expect that the conference (June 16-18, 2022) will be open at full capacity, and face masks will be optional.
As always, CHEC is committed to respecting the God-given authority of parents to make personal and medical decisions that they believe are best for their family, and their right to keep their medical conditions and decisions private.
