A father of five — including three sons — and soon-to-be grandfather, he speaks from conviction, not theory. As Executive Director of Troop Planting for Trail Life USA, Kelly equips parents and churches nationwide to raise courageous, disciplined young men. With a background in building and scaling high-growth organizations, he brings strategic clarity to one of today’s most urgent challenges: forming boys into men of strength and character.
