Colorado Civil Air Patrol
Kyle Stielow is a Civil Air Patrol member currently serving as the Director of Cadet Programs for Colorado. Her experience is centered around mentoring cadets to solve leadership challenges, giving them hands-on experience for their future development. Kyle works closely with squadrons to deliver high-quality leadership training, aerospace education, fitness, and character development opportunities. She is passionate about helping families understand how Civil Air Patrol can supplement and enhance youth education while building confident, capable, and service-minded young leaders.

Leadership Starts with Everyday Choices
(Life Launch)
Leadership doesn’t start with a rank or a title – it starts with everyday choices. This session helps teens explore how leadership begins through values like integrity, responsibility, and respect. Students will learn how habits, attitudes, and teamwork shape who they are as leaders, long before they step into formal roles. The class also shows how Civil Air Patrol builds on these foundations through its Core Values and Wingman concept, giving teens real opportunities to practice leadership, support others, and grow with confidence, both in CAP and in everyday life.
