This talk explores how parents can model and practice civic stewardship as a natural part of lifelong learning — cultivating habits of engagement, responsibility, and gratitude for the freedoms we enjoy, and bringing their children along in the process. From daily decision-making to community involvement, families can weave civic understanding into the fabric of education, preparing the next generation to steward liberty with wisdom and courage.

Preserving Freedom & Passing the Faith – Friday 3:40 pm

• As Ronald Reagan once remarked, freedom must be fought for, protected, and handed down from one generation to another. Homeschool freedom is no different. If we don’t pass it to our children, they won’t have it. Let’s look at where we came from, where we are, and the risks ahead, so that — together as families — we can hand down the torch of homeschool freedom for generations to come.

• Nelson Mandela once said, “Education is the most powerful weapon that you can use to change the world.” Homeschooling is certainly no exception. In this session, Kevin will examine four reasons why home education is the most powerful weapon we have to build a strong nation and change the world.

Teaching America’s Biblical Foundation – Friday 2:30 pm

• We’ve all heard and read that America has a Christian heritage. But when it comes down to the logistics of teaching this to our children, it often feels overwhelming. Nicki will share her experiences as a homeschooled kid and how she has been teaching this to her own children for more than two decades. Come find out why and how to equip your kids with the deep Christian roots that are the foundation of America’s freedom.

Making America Great – Saturday 3:40 pm

• The Bible is the source of all wisdom for Christians, and the Constitution is still the answer to America’s issues. This combination has worked well for Americans for over 200 years! America was once called “a city on a hill,” and it was because of this freedom that was grounded in strong biblical principles. Join Nicki for a time of encouragement to stay true to the essentials that made America great!
