Biblical Worldview

In the Weal and the Woe

(Biblical Worldview)

Solomon is known as the architect of the First Temple in Jerusalem, the wisest man in history, and the author of many of the Proverbs. Homeschoolers hold him in high regard. His words inspire and encourage: “Train up a child in the way he should go…” But even the wisest man could offer no guarantees: “Oh, Absalom, my son, my son!” Home education offers challenges along with its many rewards. Yet, Christian parents, “Remember that the Lord will give you an inheritance as your reward and that the Master you are serving is Christ” (Colossians 3:24). Parents, you can rely on God’s promises and the veracity of His Word in the weals and the woes of home education.

Torn Between Two Worldviews

(Life Launch)

Train your students to discern worldviews and to understand their impact on every aspect of our culture. We will analyze the impact of worldviews on our culture through interviews with those who hold opposing worldviews. This is a great opportunity to learn practical tools for reaching non-Christians and confronting the culture with the Truth.

The Four Duties of a Good Soldier of Christ Jesus (2 Timothy 2:1-3) - (Biblical Worldview) in General Workshop Grid

(Biblical Worldview)

“Have fun with me as a good soldier of Christ Jesus, ____!” It is very difficult to think and live biblically. The wise man calls Christians to exhibit wisdom in their deeds. Christians must understand and exercise four essential duties in order to please the One Who enlisted them as soldiers.

Prudence vs. Jurisprudence

(Biblical Worldview)

“Freedom of Religion” or “Freedom of Worship.” Is this merely a distinction without a difference? Does the language matter? Should Christians press their rights or “turn the other cheek” when the culture charges us with “Christian Nationalism” or attempts to “create a theocracy in the U.S.”? What is the role of the Christian in the culture in light of the Constitution? What would our Founders say and do in light of current events? How are Christians to respond in the face of evil promoted by those in authority? Come learn prudence as applied to jurisprudence.

“Nice CFC’s” Destroy Christian Ozone Layer: Help Stop the Pollution!

(Biblical Worldview)

“Help! I can’t breathe!” Too often, Christian parents smother their children’s zeal to “destroy speculations raised against the knowledge of God” with three little words. If you want to raise children who are not “taken captive” by secular thought in the church; if you want to raise warriors for Jesus; or if you want to learn the three little words Christians should NEVER use, take a deep breath and step into this workshop based on 2 Corinthians 10:5.
