Introductory Seminar — A Vision for Home Education

(Homeschool How-To’s)

You’ve heard the phrase, “if you don’t know where you are going, any road will take you there.” In this session, Kevin will lay a solid foundation by giving a clear vision and sound biblical principles to start you on the right track as you begin your homeschooling journey.

Teaching the Thrill, the Theme, the Triumphs, and Tragedies of History

(Biblical Worldview)

The most important subject in all of education is history because God’s hand is in history. Jesus came into history 2,000 years ago. But you can teach history the wrong way and botch it up pretty good. When passing on the faith to your children, or providing them with a vision for the future, or inspiring them to play a part in history for God. . . you need to give them the right view of history, the right emphases, the right focal point, and the right sense of purpose. As the author of six books on world history, American history, missions’ history, Western history, and the history of liberty in the world, Kevin Swanson shows how a Christian view of history renders the most hope, the most excitement, and the best preparation for our children to make a difference in their generation.

The Homeschool High School: What Matters Most in Your Child’s Life

(Homeschool How-Tos)

Kevin’s parents graduated six children from their homeschool, and now, Kevin and Brenda Swanson have graduated their five children as well. Every parent wants their children to be successful. We will take a careful look at the word “success” and touch on our children’s calling and purpose in life. We clear the deck, and present basic goals for preparing your children for their life ahead. We will discuss two tracks — the entrepreneurial track and the college track — and offer parents and young people an exciting array of options and ideas that will accommodate their children’s particular needs. Special mention will be made of the power of mentorship.

Foundations: The God Centered Homeschool - Keynote

(Biblical Worldview)

Foundations matter. Every house needs a foundation, and every homeschool needs a foundation. Pay attention to the foundations first. Let’s talk foundations, and let’s build foundations that will stand tough against the raging assaults of bad worldviews, spiritual attack, and rising instabilities in the modern world.  What are the indispensable, irreducible, “don’t try this without it” principles for your homeschool and for your family? Kevin Swanson gives three footers that need to be there, under the foundations of your home today.

Come What May: Faith, Not Fear, for Your Family & Future - Keynote

(Biblical Worldview)

Kevin Swanson, author of Epoch: the Rise and Fall of the West, brings this much-needed faith message for families raising children in this generation. As Western nations and the rest of the world are facing unprecedented instabilities, uncertainties, and rapid transitions, how do we best prepare our sons and daughters to be the next Esthers and Daniels, future fathers and mothers (husbands and wives) first, but equipped with the faith to take on whatever may come.
